The Support Match

Not sure what you need?

Most parents arrive here knowing something has to change, but not what to ask for. Answer three questions and Sue will tell you where she would start — the same thing she would say on the phone.

Let's find the right kind of help

Three questions. Nothing to fill in, no email needed.

Question 1 of 3

Where are you right now?

There is no wrong answer here — just the honest one.

Would rather just talk it through? Book a free 1:1 support call.

The two packages, in plain terms

The match sorts you toward one of the two ways Sue works. If you would rather skip the questions, they are both here — read the one that sounds like your house.

Someone who keeps coming back

The Five-Week In-Home Package · $5,000 AUD, or $1,100 per week for five weeks

One visit answers today's question. Five weeks answers the ones you haven't thought of yet — because recovery, feeding and confidence all move, and so should the support. Sue spends four hours a week in your home, and the plan changes as you do.

  • Four hours a week in your home, across five weeks
  • A feeding and nutrition plan built for your baby
  • A sleep and settling plan you can actually follow
  • Breathwork and emotional regulation for you, not just the baby
  • Freshly prepared meals, and direct access to Sue between visits

Three nights of real sleep

The Three-Night Overnight Stay · $3,000 AUD

When the nights are the thing breaking you, the answer is not another routine to try at 3am. It is someone experienced in the house while you sleep — and a written night plan in the morning so the nights keep improving after she leaves.

  • Sue in your home overnight, three consecutive nights
  • You sleep; she feeds, settles and watches
  • Hands-on guidance so you feel confident overnight yourself
  • A written night plan you keep after Sue goes

Wherever you are starting from

Both packages cover all of this. If you would rather read before you talk to anyone, start with whichever of these is keeping you up.

Still not sure which one is yours? That is what the free 1:1 call is for — book a time with Sue and talk it through, or see both packages in full.
